Too many apps are overcomplicated, confusing, or miss the point of digitalization. Before building anything, I try to understand what is already there, what has to stay, and what is actually causing the problem. Existing systems and constraints are respected, simpler alternatives are suggested when they make sense, and nothing is rebuilt just for the sake of rebuilding it.

Good software should save time, reduce friction, and let people get things done without having to think about the technology behind it.

Every app I build is designed around the user — doing exactly what’s needed, no more, no less, so your work flows smoothly and efficiently.

AI is used where it genuinely helps, but not where a straightforward workflow or reliable software would do the job better.

Turning handwritten names into a usable digital workflow.

Staff already used paper rafting waivers, but guest names still had to be typed again before certificates could be printed. The app scans the forms, extracts the names, makes uncertain results easy to review, and prepares the certificates for printing. The guides can then hand them to guests at the end of the tour as part of the closing experience.

The paper stays where it is needed. The repetitive typing doesn’t.

Typical timelines and starting prices

Every project is different, but these ranges give you a realistic idea of the time and budget involved.

Modern development tools, including AI, make it possible to build software much faster than before. The actual timeline still depends on the workflow, integrations, existing systems, testing and how clearly the scope is defined.

Small websites: a few days to 2–3 weeks
Focused web or mobile apps: around 2–8 weeks
Larger business applications or integrations: 1–3+ months

Simple website / landing page: from 500 €
Business website: from 900 €
Small custom web application: from 1,500 €
Mobile / PWA application: from 1,500 €
Custom business software and integrations: from 3,500 €

Website prices include publishing and basic hosting setup. Ongoing maintenance is not included.

Small maintenance and update tasks: from 25 €/hour.
Larger maintenance work, feature development and infrastructure changes are quoted separately based on scope.

For larger projects, you receive a detailed proposal showing what is included, the expected timeline and how the price is calculated.

Final price and delivery time are agreed before work starts.

Answers to common questions about websites, apps, and digital solutions

Website: A place to show information online — company info, services, portfolio. Usually static or lightly interactive.

Web application: A tool that runs in a browser with forms, databases, or automation. Example: booking systems, dashboards, e-commerce.

Mobile app: A program installed on a phone or tablet that helps you do tasks on the go. Can work offline or online.

Not always — it depends on the project.

If the app or website will only be used on a desktop, a desktop-focused design may be enough.

For apps used on multiple devices, responsiveness is included, so it works on desktops, tablets, and phones.

Admin or complex apps may need extra planning, because the workflow and layout often need to be different on small screens to stay intuitive and efficient.

Ask yourself: “Do I just need information online, or do I need something that handles tasks, data, or automates work?”

AI can help build things quickly, but it doesn’t automatically make the architecture, workflow or implementation good. If your project has become difficult to maintain, inconsistent, or simply isn’t doing what you need, I can help make sense of it and get it moving in the right direction.

  • Access from anywhere: Works on any device with a browser — desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. No installation needed for each device.
  • Team-friendly: Multiple people can log in at the same time and work with the same data in real time.
  • Easier updates: Changes are instant for everyone — no need to update each computer manually.
  • Cost-effective: One app works for all devices, reducing development and maintenance time.

A domain is your website’s address (e.g., mycompany.com).

It makes it easy for people to find you online. Secure connections (HTTPS) work only with a proper domain, not just an IP address.

Shared hosting: Affordable, good for simple websites.

VPS / Dedicated server: More control and performance, needed for web apps or heavy traffic.

Hosting ensures your website or app is online and accessible to users.

HTTPS is a secure connection between your site/app and visitors.

It protects data, builds trust, is required for online payments, and improves search rankings.

Every website I build includes the technical basics needed for search engines: clean structure, responsive design, good performance, page titles, descriptions and other standard on-page SEO elements.

That does not mean a new website will automatically rank highly on Google. Rankings also depend on the quality of the content, competition, keywords, backlinks, location and ongoing optimization.

Ongoing SEO, content strategy and ranking optimization are not part of my standard service.

Modern development tools, including AI, can make building software much faster than it used to be. But getting from a working first version to something reliable and ready to use still takes time.

  • The workflow has to make sense, not just the code.
  • Integrations, databases, permissions, edge cases and testing still need attention.
  • Existing systems or unusual requirements can add complexity.
  • Sometimes the first solution needs to be adjusted once it is tested in real use.

I also work on projects alongside other commitments, so I will give you a realistic timeline rather than promise that everything will be finished immediately.

Apps and websites need updates to stay secure, compatible, and running smoothly.

Maintenance can be yearly or based on upgrades, depending on your needs.
