WebMagick trade for computing services and consulting, owner Inga Paukner Stojkov, registered at Ul. B. Magovca 9, Zagreb, Croatia ("WebMagick"), is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and in connection with enquiries sent to WebMagick. If you have any questions about this policy or the processing of your personal data, contact info@webmagick.eu.
This website does not provide user accounts, online ordering, newsletters or a website contact form. If you choose to contact WebMagick by email, the information you include in your message — such as your name, email address, company information and project details — will be processed in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps toward providing requested services.
Like most websites, the hosting and network infrastructure may also process technical information required to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, date and time of a request, requested URL, browser/user-agent information and security events. This information is used for website operation, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and security.
Enquiry and business correspondence is processed where necessary to respond to your request, take steps at your request before entering into a contract, perform a contract, or pursue the legitimate interest of conducting and protecting normal business communications. Technical server and security data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website and preventing misuse.
Personal data is not sold. It may be processed by service providers used to operate the website or email service, only to the extent necessary to provide those services. The website also loads some technical resources from third-party content delivery services, including Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs/Cloudflare. When your browser requests such a resource, the provider may receive technical connection information such as your IP address and browser information under its own privacy terms.
Some technology providers may process data outside Croatia or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the relevant provider is responsible for applying the transfer safeguards required by applicable data-protection law for its service.
Business correspondence is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, contractual relationship, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Technical logs and security records are retained according to the hosting and security configuration and only for as long as they are needed for operational or security purposes, unless a longer period is required to investigate an incident or comply with a legal obligation.
WebMagick does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural advertising or other non-essential tracking cookies on this website. The WebMagick application itself does not set a login, preference, advertising or analytics cookie for ordinary visitors.
If infrastructure or security services place a cookie that is strictly necessary to deliver or protect the website, it may be used without optional tracking. If WebMagick later introduces analytics, marketing or another non-essential technology that requires consent, it will not be activated before the required consent is obtained and this policy will be updated accordingly.
Depending on the circumstances and the legal basis for processing, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Requests under data-protection law are generally handled free of charge. A reasonable fee may be charged, or a request may be refused, only where permitted by law, for example where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. WebMagick will normally respond within one month, subject to the extensions permitted by law for complex or numerous requests.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties and are not covered by this policy.
This policy may be updated when the website, the services used by the website, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will always be published on this page.
